What we use

To create a reading, we use the photo you upload, the name and species you choose, and any context you add. When you buy a guide, we also keep your email and order details.

We collect usage statistics to understand how people move through the site and to improve it.

Services that help us

Your photo and the pet details you provide are processed through PipeLLM using a Gemini model to create the playful interpretation. Supabase provides our database, account sign-in and storage.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Photos and sharing

Photos are private by default. If you create a public share link, only what appears in the card preview becomes public: the photo, name, type, nickname and caption. Your context notes and paid guides are not included.

You can revoke a share link. Images that others have already saved or forwarded cannot be removed remotely.

How long we keep things

Free web results and the original photo are kept for 30 days. Images you have saved to your device stay with you after the web result expires.

Purchased guides and the order contact details we need are kept so we can deliver your guide, help you find it again and answer support questions.
